Prime can be cancelled at any point after the initial six-month-minimum period. As Care and Plus are annual policies, they can only be terminated at the renewal date.

Prime subscriptions will continue to run until they are cancelled. Care and Plus are annual health insurance policies so will be renewed automatically each year unless they are cancelled. You will be advised before any upcoming changes and will have plenty of time to discuss the options with us.

The signup process includes an initial in-country health screening appointment which includes checking your beneficiaries’ medical details. This can take 2-4 weeks to complete.

You can switch from Prime to Care or Plus during the year but as Care and Plus are both health insurance policies, there is a minimum 12-month term applicable before any changes can be made.

We can only accept single customers at the moment, who will then be solely liable for the payment of fees.

At the moment we only require a copy of your French ID card or passport

You don’t need any documentation to set up a Susu account. After you have completed your sign up and your beneficiary has been scheduled for their initial screening, we will need a copy of your French ID card or passport to finalise your application.
